Full Time: We are currently seeking a Fine Garden/Horticulture Crew Member to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a variety of plant types and contribute to the beauty and sustainability of our clients’ properties. Perform routine maintenance of client gardens, including perennial, annual, and vegetable gardens. Install and maintain seasonal container gardens, fall plantings, and holiday décor. Conduct light pruning of ornamental shrubs and small trees. Attend safety training and other staff meetings as required. Handle heavy lifting, pushing, and pulling of various landscaping equipment and materials. At least 1 year of gardening experience (preferred). Ability to safely perform heavy lifting and carry up to 50 pounds. A valid driver’s license (preferred).
